Prime Foundation Montessori is announcing the closure of its facilities on Wednesday, February 12th, 2025, due to forecasted snow accumulations, low temperatures, and icy roads, which will create hazardous travel conditions. This decision is in accordance with county and Maryland State Department of Education regulations.

All activities, field trips, and programs scheduled for school and school grounds, including events, will be canceled.

This announcement pertains to Wednesday, February 12, 2025. We have made this decision proactively due to the safety of our students and staff, which is our paramount priority during inclement weather and its aftermath. Our crew will take proactive measures to clear roads, sidewalks, and school sites of snow and ice to the extent possible for a resumption of learning. Additionally, the county remains committed to removing snow and ice from public roads, sidewalks, and other critical areas to ensure safe access for all.
